Is there a buyer’s premium?

Items listed as part of our Elite Auctions have undergone a 100-point inspection by a qualified mechanic. A detailed condition report is included with the listing to give buyers transparency and confidence. This only applies to items stamped with the Elite badge.

Can I inspect the item before bidding?

Some items listed with Mil & Co Auctions are available for inspection. If an inspection is available, this will be clearly stated in the listing. To arrange an inspection, you must contact our team via phone or email to book a time.

We encourage buyers to inspect items where possible, as all sales are final and no refunds are provided.

What happens if I win the auction?

If you’re the highest bidder at auction close and the reserve has been met, you’ll receive an email with a payment summary and next steps. You’ll then be required to make payment within the specified timeframe (usually within 48 hours).
If the reserve has not been met, your bid will be referred to the vendor for consideration. We will contact you shortly after the auction to advise whether the sale has been approved.

What does it mean if an item is ‘referred’?

If bidding ends and the reserve price hasn’t been met, the item is referred to the vendor. This means the vendor will review the highest bid and decide whether to accept, reject, or negotiate the offer. We will contact the highest bidder after the auction with the outcome.

How do I pay for my item?

After close of sale, you will receive an invoice that contains all payment instructions.

When do I get the item?

Once full payment has been received and cleared, you’ll receive a confirmation email. All items must be collected within 48 business hours unless other arrangements have been made with our team.

Can I get a quote for repairs or transport?
